1987 - Sage Educational Leadership Training [S.E.L.T.] - Developed teacher/trainer skills such as; communicating with various personality styles, facilitate personal transformations utilizing "Neuro-Linguistic Programming" [N.L.P.] and how to create seminar programs.
1989 - Communication Matrix - Examined various personality styles and modality types, learned how to identify these styles and types by the way people communicate and how to utilize the appropriate structure when communicating back.
1989 - 91 - The Game Academy - Served as Seminar Trainer Assistant, utilizing "Transactional Analysis" to reveal and facilitate the transformation of negative beliefs and behavioral patterns that do not support a feeling of okay-ness.

I am an experienced Self-Awareness facilitator and I organize and lead support groups and spiritual gatherings.

I received my certification in 1992 from the Santa Barbara School of Intuitive Massage. The spiritual element to my work comes from my personal experiences here as well as from my time living in India. I use various modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue Bodywork, Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Essential oils Aromatherapy and Polarity energy work. My clientele includes chiropractors and physical therapy patients. In addition to my own private practice, I've also provided bodywork services for travelers staying at some of Santa Barbara's finest hotels and inns including; Biltmore Hotel, Montecito Inn, El Encanto Hotel, Radisson Hotel, Pacifica Suites Santa Barbara, Upham Hotel & Tiffany Inn. I also provide my services at Pacifica Graduate institute.
